Like I said in the video: there is no official rule for maximum age. 😊 The only official rule is that you have to be a minimum of 21 years old. I only shared my/my friends’ observations which is that most people we saw being hired weren’t older than 25/26. That doesn’t mean they won’t hire you if you’re older than that! So like I also said in the video: go anyway and show them you’re amazing personality! -also no idea about Etihad, I only spoke of EK because that’s where I worked for 10 years :) best of luck!
🍍 Wow! I can't believe I came that early to the video. I applied for an Invite Only, and I'm beyond exciting! And I'm actually optimistic, I'm 26, but I look pretty young. P.S. I'm loving your content. New follower🍍🍍🍍
26 is super young and so is 30 😅 like I said, MOST of the new crew going through probation/training that I saw were around 25/26. But that doesn’t mean they won’t hire anyone older :) best of luck! Let me know how you go.
Hey i am 20 i got an invite after applying i dont think they saw my age should i go for the assesment day or i shudnt waste my time . I have all the requirements but my age is worrying me
If they sent you an invite: GO! I’m sure they saw your age. If you’re turning 21 in a few months or so they may hire you and arrange for your joining date to be after your birthday. They’ve done this with people I know :)
I was 21 when I went to the interview and 22 by my date of joining (I went to the interview by the end of April, easy hired in May and my date of joining was June 28th) ✨
I’m over it now 😅 but they did tell me that during a time when I got sick x3 times in 6 months (nothing major, the flu, strep throat). I had an amazing record, compliments, awards, etc but at the end of the day it’s all about productivity.

The age is the same situation for men and women? Or you think, unfortunately women has more to do with that age stuff?
Tbh it used to be more for women, but it started to be the same for both from what I saw in the last few years (and what my friends tell me now).
